FACCO was established as sole proprietary business in 2010 and by 2015 the CR has changed to a (L.L.C) general contracting company with the main purpose of serving in general civil works. As the time was passing, we have seen our business grow from a modest civil-works firm into a complete general contracting corporation with a sizable portfolio, strong financial position, and a significant presence in a broad range of industries. Indeed, our construction division is now Expanding among business ranking in Saudi Arabia.
Our Vision
As we grow, we established other ventures to complement the core contracting business as we added underground solutions by bringing non-disruptive, non-destructive technology of soil grouting, We brought Uretek Worldwide to Saudi Arabia that has been known in the market as a specialist ground engineering solutions.
Our Mission
Aiming to provide clients complete solutions to their projects starting from design phase up to operations and maintenance. Furthermore, we anticipate to have the greatest market share of providing concrete repair services and ground improvement solutions.
To date, we have completed over 20 different sizes projects in general contracting and more than 65 projects in ground improvement for public and private sectors and house owners, building long-term partnerships and earning the trust and loyalty of our clients in the process.
